Merge templates are part of Bigin's integration with Zoho Writer. You build a document once with placeholders for record fields, and Bigin then fills those placeholders with data from your Contacts, Companies, or Pipelines. They suit anything you send repeatedly, like quotes, estimates, contracts, and agreements.

How does a merge template work?

You add merge fields to a Zoho Writer document wherever customer details should appear, then link the template to a record in Bigin. When you run the merge, Bigin pulls the values from that record and drops them into place, so the finished document is ready without any retyping.
