What post-purchase assistance is offered by the Bigin team?

No, you can integrate WhatsApp with Bigin with just a Facebook Business page. Starting November 1, 2023, business verification is no longer mandatory in order to increase your messaging limit. However, you can send messages only to 1,000 unique contacts per month without verification.

Is Bigin included in Zoho One?

Yes, you can use an existing WhatsApp number. However, you must delete the WhatsApp account in your mobile device associated with that number before proceeding with the Bigin-WhatsApp Integration.

Is it possible to upgrade to Zoho CRM when I outgrow Bigin?

No, you can't use the same number for both the Bigin-WhatsApp integration and the WhatsApp mobile app due to Meta's limitations.
